  • Purchases from BestQmi.com: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when you place your order directly on our website, BestQmi.com.
  • Purchases from Third-Party Platforms: If your purchase is made through a third-party platform such as Vinted (but not limited to it), the shipping cost is determined by the platform. BestQmi is not responsible for any shipping issues, delays, or disputes arising from third-party platforms.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship within the Netherlands.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown during checkout.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order is made on the BestQmi.com website, the rest is on us! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your package as it makes its way to you.

5. Shipping Delays

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
